More Strategy
In poker it is very important to give your opponent a reasonable opportunity to fold when the odds are likely to be anywhere close to a coin flip or you are probably behind. To do this you often want to be the player getting the chips in first when you have anything like 10-40BBs. It is better to get it in when you think you could be 60/40 behind, but with villian having plenty of room to fold, than it is to say call off your stack with 22 and know that your are at best in a coin flip situation.
Try to judge which players are playing too tight or playing under-rolled for the level. These are the ones who you can most likely pick up equity from by forcing a fold. Conversely if the player is very loose and not afraid to get his chips in then tighten up your shoving range into him and your 3betting range.
